Note: All the telemedicine, virtual/online healthcare and medical consultation services are provided to the patients by the registered and/or licensed healthcare professionals (“healthcare professionals”, “healthcare providers”, “doctors”, ”HCPs”) by using our platform. This application is only a tool to allow patients to connect with the healthcare professionals, scheduling appointments, making secure payments and to manage their personal health records on their own and share information with the HCPs to get their advise.
Our company (Healthy Cosmos Private Limited) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our patients’ personal and medical information. This privacy policy outlines how our company collects, uses, protects and discloses the personal and medical information of our clients and their patients. We take the protection of personal information seriously and are committed to complying with all relevant Indian laws and regulations. We offer these services from India and fall under the Indian jurisdiction and laws.
Collection of Personal and Medical Information: Our associated healthcare providers or healthcare professionals use our digital platform/s to collect personal and medical information from the patients to provide them with telemedicine, virtual medical care and second medical opinion services. The telemedicine service is intended to supplement or assist or provide added value and not replace any existing relationship you have with your local healthcare providers.
Medical Tourism Facilitation and Promotion
Healthy Cosmos Private Limited also provides IT and digital services to the healthcare professionals and hospitals to connect virtually with their patients through the web patient portal and mobile applications as well, capture and share potential leads for the hospitals that offer international medical tourism services as well the treatment to the patients globally.
Limitation of Liability: Healthy Cosmos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services, including but not limited to medical treatment, travel arrangements, accommodation, or any other services provided.

Travel Risks: Patients acknowledge and understand the risks associated with international travel,

Cancellation fees may apply, and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the hospital’s policies from where they decide to get treatment from and who they make payments to.
Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of India, and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India for the resolution of any such disputes.
Indemnification: Patients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healthy Cosmos, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or relating to their use of our or the third party or Hospitals’ services.
